I have a pair of sandals that I love. They are tall, they are leather, they are strappy, they are sexy and they just make me feel good when I wear them - you know, the hip-sashaying kind of good. Plus, at 5-9, I have height issues and must compensate. Those 3 inches sure do help out.
I wear these shoes to everything, every day that I need a boost. It doesn't matter if you should wear closed-toe shoes to an event, you can never go wrong with the shoes that make you happy; case in point - target practice. No toes were damaged in the making of this picture.
I have regulation black steel toes that I wear to work (bodily fluid resistant, also) and sneaks for watching my son's football games and riding boots (1 English and 4 Western pair) for horseback riding and the accompanying chores and slippers for in the house
but these
are what I wear 90% of the time - summer, winter, rain, snow, it pretty much doesn't matter. I am a transplant from California and, while my speech is adapting, my footwear isn't. You can take the girl off the Coast, but you can't take the coast out of the girl.

Cute shoes and feet. :) I would hate to have to wear steel toes the time, except that would be like wearing ankle weights. :)

I like your toenail polish. Oh, and what do you mean your footwear isn't adapting? I've lived in TX my whole life & I almost exclusively wear sandals. It's a perk of living where it's nearly always hot! Love it.
Hi hope you enjoyed fun monday. No wonder your feet want to be free when you are home but that's a great boot collection.
I wear flip flops or sandals all the time here in TX where it stays warms forever it seems. Even on the occasional cool days I wear sandals inside. :D
BTW I forgot to put that I love your boot collection. Silly dogs barking and I had to go to the door.

Cool boots! I love them. I used to wear steel-toed boots for work all the time and they made me feel so tough whenever I put them on!

I love a sexy pair of strappy sandals. I am 5'10 and people often can't believe that I will wear heels....but I have no problem with it! My husband is 6'4.....so I have some room!
